how can i use arabic numerals

i used word2007 i want to write numbers in arabic so if anyone know how to
switching numerals roman to arabic in microsoft word2007.

The following are Arabic numerals:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

There is nothing special about using them.
