When booting on, I get message that QVP32 is locked up.
What to do?.

When plugged in, my sony laptop computer goes into
hiberation when I leave it for several minutes even
though the "plugged in" setting in power management
instructs computer to stay on.
 
Hi,

1) Can you boot to Safe mode? Hit F8 at startup to try. If so, start/run
msconfig and on the startup tab disable the entry referring to Quick View
Plus.

2) Check the Power Management settings in the system BIOS.
