"Email this file" gives no options

Hello all,

I'm trying to fix a problem with XP Pro on a new Notebook computer. O
my old machine with XP I would pull up a folder that containe
pictures, select the picture I wanted, click "Email this file" from th
folder task list (on the left), and then select an option to "make al
pictures smaller" from a pop up window.

Question: for some reason, XP on this new computer does not give m
this pop up window and I'm stuck sending the picture in it's full size
Any ideas why this is case? Is there some kind of registry value tha
needs to be set?
