Access is a very versatile bit of kit, and is quite capable of doing what
you suggest.
However, with regards to teaching you how to do this, I believe that
extends past the intended scope of this forum. My suggestion would be to
pop down to your local book shop and pick up a good book on Microsoft
Access, or take up a local training course.
