Quirky Table of Contents

I used the Corporate Presence Template in FrontPage 2002, and it provided me
with a TOC. However, I cannot figure out:
1 - how to change the names of the links in the toc - they are display
"Title of Page," and
2 - how to change the links themselves, which all point to my index page,
regardless of how I alter the navigation structure.

No, I've only been looking at it through FrontPage, since I haven't uploaded
the site yet.
