Can I export Excel INTO Quikbooks? If so, how? I know
Excel very well, but not Quikbooks. Thanks!

You can import certain items (chart of accounts, vendor lists, etc.) into
QuickBooks from Excel, provided they have the proper format. I've not tried
it, but I don't believe you can import transaction data.

If you are looking to import lists into QuickBooks, I would suggest opening
one of the QuickBooks sample clients and exporting the type of list you
want. You can then open this file in Excel (I think it's tab delimited) to
check the format and then format your Excel list to conform.
