Quieter P4 fan recommendation

I currently have the original fan and heatsink that came with my
Pentium 4 3.06 GHz 533 MHz FSB Socket 478 processor and it's simply too
noisy. Any suggestions on a cpu fan that's much more quiet yet
cheap/affordable???

Won't lessen the heat but it is quieter and cheap.
 
Check out silentpcreview.com for lots of info on quieter equipment,
including heatsink/fans.
