CPU: Socket 478, support Intel Pentium 4 (Prescott, Northwood, Willmate)
processor.

Chipsets: North Bridge:
Intel 845GV chipset, FSB 533/400 MHz, support Hyper-Threading technology
South Bridge: Intel ICH4

I want upgrade CPU: which from specified Pentium 4 CPUs is most powerful?

why not look on Asrocks' website for info on your motherboard - they will
have
a list of supported CPUs and then you can look for a compatible CPU on Ebay
