The only thing I have ever had quicktime load on a machine at startup is the
taskbar icon...
That is a preference in the Quicktime Control Panel --> Advanced --> Install
Quicktime Icon in System Tray...
I also uninstall the Apple Updater from Control Panel --> Add or Remove
programs...
If you have something installing quicktime at each reboot - that would be
new to me. heh
Okay, I always remove the taskbar icon, and I do not allow automatic
updates. I think the OP was referring to the qttask.exe process in start
up, which, if using AutoRuns, can be disabled.
