Quicktime & Windows media player

I downloaded (apparently incorrectly) Quicktime plugin the other day.
Apparently, it is blocks Windows media player from allowing my internet
voicemail from playing. When I try to remove it from my programs list, it
reads as an error...essentially, who can I remove it and not screw up my
other programs as well?

Also, could it have corrupted my outlook profile? The program will not open
now.

Any advice is very much appreciated!!!

Make sure your "internet voicemail" settings has Windows Media as your
default player instead of Quicktime. By dloading that plugin it probably
changed your defaults for all your video feeds.

Let us know if you have further inquiries.

GLuck!
