quicktime movies

How can I import quicktime movies to movie maker?
Pls help. Thanks.

I've read other posts, and it said that I have to convert it to a .AVI file,
which is very large. What other options do I have?

The AVI file doesn't need to be large.... it depends on what compression
codec you use. Many produce files smaller than MOV files.
