I cannot open Quicklink III Fax Program - whenever I try
to open the program I get , instead, Microsoft Chat.

Go to your printer/fax properties and set the fax

printer as default - don't know how?
Start/ControlPanel/printers and Other Hardware/view
installed printers and fax printers/rightclick your
faxprinter/properties/rightclick and set as default.

you have failed set up your printer, delete it in device manager,and
reinstall it with the newest driver
