Quicklaunch

I have a recurring problem with the quicklaunch. It seems that every time I
delete an icon from the QL, it appears again on restart. The problem is with
Outlook and occured with both Office 2003 and now office 2007 icons. The
target
for the one I want to delete is ""C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office
2007\Office12\OUTLOOK.EXE" /recycle" This does not seem right, perhaps some
sort of error. Please help.

You will find it in the quick launch folder.

C:\Users\<id>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Probably in <default> too.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this did not help. Perhaps I
should have mentioned that I am using XP Pro with both Office 2003 Pro and
Office 2007 Enterprise edition.

ok, I found the folder by doing a search. I deleted the second icon from
the folder. I will have to wait to see if this helps. My second question is
this - why was the target appended with "/recycle" ?
