Quicken 2000

I can get quicken 2000 to run in windows 2000 professional if run by
the administrator, but power users cannot run it. When I installed
Q2000 I chose the option to let all users run it, but it will only
start for the administrator. I even tried checking off "run as
different user" in Quicken Properties, but that didn't work. Any other
ideas?

You'll want to ask the application developer what permissions to what
resources are required.
