quickbooks pro 2007

The system requirements for the quickbooks 2007 state that windows xp home is
not recommended however windows pro is acceptable. I currently have windows
xp media addition 2004. How can I determine if the quickbooks 2007 will be
compatible with my system?

This is a question for Quickbooks, not Windows. If the former says that
Quickbooks is OK for XP Media and this turns out to be false, it should
refund the purchase. Doing it the other way around puts the risk on the
end user.

XP Media Center Edition is based on XP Pro with the addition of the media
features and without the ability to join a domain. I would think QB Pro
would work on it, however, you really should be asking Intuit this question.
Since it's their software.
