Quick way to exclude original msg when replying to mail in Outloo.

Is there a quick way or an option to inlcue or not inlcude the original
message when replying to email in Outlook? This is a very useful feature in
Novell Groupwise. Its very cumbersome to have to go to Options to flag
"inlude" or Do not include" original message! As one churns through emails
it varies message by message if one wishes to inlcude the original text.
Highlighting and deleting this text is a clumsy way of doing it. Any answers
or a hint to MSoft?

Well, if I was reading a message and wanted to do this quickly, I'd probably
hit:
Control R.
Control A
Del.

F.H. THanks very much - simple - don't know why I didn't think of that! But
what does CTRL+R do? CTRL+A and the DEL does the trick it seems - I can't
see what CTRL+R does?
