quick view only

for some reason i can only view text documents in
microsoft word 2002 in quick view. if i try to view in
word it tels me that the file is unavalible.
olso this version of word came in microsoft works suite
2004
 
If you are running Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in.
