Quick toggling of ClearType - how?

Is there a way I can set up a quick method of toggling between
ClearType and non-ClearType?

At the moment I have to go to Display Properties > Appearance >
Effects > select ClearType or not > OK > Apply. This is too slow
for me to observe the change easily.
