Quick Styles Gallery in 2007 Missing?

Guest

When using the Beta version, there was a seletion of quick styles available
in the Styles ribbon. I've loaded the full version of Office 2007 and the
gallery is gone. Is this a planned thing or is there a problem with my
install? BTW, already ran a repair and the gallery has not appeared. Thanks
for any ideas and help you can send my way!

Thank you for responding so quickly - I followed the instructions and removed
the building blocks file but it didn't work. Word did not recreate the file
for me. I hope you might have some other suggestions.

You need to actually open a gallery (e.g. Page Numbers on the Insert
tab) to get the file recreated.
How about you describe what particular gallery you are looking for? What
did it look like in the beta?

Thank you for your response - my computer crashed and so I was out of the
loop until I could get my backup computer on line.

Guess I've not been clear - my apologies. In the Beta version, I was able
to mouse over to Styles, then click on Change Styles. When I selected Style
Set, a variety of Styles appeared that would, when moused over, change the
appearance of the document on the screen so I would know what it could look
like. Is this option gone? Thanks!

I have the exact same problem. I have Office 2007 Ultimate. When it was
first installed I was able to "Change Styles". Now when I click Change
Styles > Style Set, there are no Styles there, just the "Reset...",
"Reset..." and "Save..." options.
