quick question

Just recently while using Bing search engine I started getting a popup
saying that script was slowing my system down and if I wanted to stop
script from running.

Not sure where I should go to look for answers so any help would be
appreciated.

I get the same on Outlook Express just going to new web pages, so it's not just
Bing - which I almost never use.
