Quick question about 2000 and 2002

I'm using FP 2000 and I'm trying to teach the basics to someone who's
completely computer illiterate and using 2002 via email. The problem is
that their publish window apparently looks completely different than
mine. My window has the publish location bar, publish changed pages
only & publish entire web. Theirs apparently is a split screen window
showing the files on her local machine and the files on the server and
that's it. Is there some setting in 2002 that will allow them to switch
their publish window to look more like mine so I can talk them through
the process? Or does anyone have a screen cap of the 2002 publish
window that they could send me so I have a better idea of exactly what
this person is seeing?
