"Include subwebs" problem

Am unable to publish sub webs in FP 2002. Using "Publish Web"
function I am able to reliably publish root web and any folders in root
web but if a folder is converted to a web using the "Convert to
Web" command it is not published. The "Include Subwebs" function
has no apparent effect. Have tried various server settings (Apache,
Windows, Enable FP Extensions etc.) to no avail.

Running XP, publishing to EarthLink server.

Any clues?

Check with your web host to may sure your account is setup to support subwebs.
