Hello,
I am unable to right on the toolbar to activate the quick
launch. Anyone experienced this before?
I believe it may be a corrupt registry file.

Cheers
Andy

What happens if you logon as a new user?

Hi Dave,
I was able to logon as admin & access quick launch ok.
But logging back on as the user it will not?

The profile may be corrupt. Check that this directory exists in the profile
%systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Yes it does. I deleted the quicklaunch folder & copied the
one from administrator over just to make sure to all users.
It still won't let me right click on the toolbar. I can't
even right click on the start button which leads me to
believe it's the whole toolbar.

Won't work. The Internet Explorer\Quick Launch folder is user-profile
specific.

Sounds like the profile is corrupt, you can rename it and (while logged on
as local admin), then when the user logs on again a new profile will be
created from the image in \default user. You can then copy over the items
you need from the renamed profile. Copy the folder contents not the folders
themselves. When your sure you have all you need, you can delete the renamed
profile. Use the import function of your e-mail software.
