QUICK LAUNCH NOT ON TASKBAR

I CANT GET MY QUICK LAUNCH TOOLBAR TO APPEAR ON MY
TASKBAR. IF I RIGHT CLICK ON THE TASKBAR AND GO TO
TOOLBARS THEN QUICK LAUNCH....I GET THE ERROR 'CANNOT
CREATE TOOLBAR'. SOMEHOW THE QUICK LAUNCH FOLDER IS ON
MY DESKTOP. IT WONT LET ME DRAG IT TO THE TASKBAR
EITHER.

HOW DO I GET IT BACK ON THE TASKBAR?

Have you tried going into Windows Explorer and moving the
Quick Launch folder from your desktop into c:\Documents
and Settings\[your profile]\application
data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer?

Please don't post in uppercase, it's interpreted as screaming. As for your
problem: Right click the Quick Launch folder on your desktop, then left
click Cut. Then, either open My Computer or Windows Explorer and navigate
to, then right click the folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\

and left click Paste.
