Quick Launch Minimize all programs button

I've somehow managed to delete the quick launch button that minimizes all
open programs, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to put the button
back. Unlike other programs, I don't have an icon to drag and drop. Perhaps
there is one, and I just don't know where it is. I also cannot find a way to
restore defaults.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's not the end of the world or
anything, but is incredibly frustrating.
