Making a folder into a menu in the quick launch bar.

Holding down Ctrl while clicking folder displays it as a
menu.

Query registry entry to make this automactic ie when the
folder is clicked a menu pops up not a folder

This is not possible. Sorry. I'll track this as a feature requests since
we've seen this request more than once.
