Quick formatting

I frequently import the normal template (or other templates) to format and
older word document. Then I have to "add" all the styles. This isn't really
difficult, but is there a faster way? In other words, I would like to be able
to apply the styles of a template to a document in one simple step.
 
When you reattach the template, check the box for "Automatically update
document styles." After you've updated them once, go back and disable this
feature, as it's not something you want enabled all the time.
