We were using it on several computers until June this year, we're using
2008 currently. Worked fine for years, replaced because we wanted
updated functions.

You would be better off asking the manufacturer of said product and/or
looking on their support web page possibly. This is a Windows XP Security

We did contact Intuit first they encourge us to upgrade to new
version,
Although the product is suposed to work with Xp we had heard of some
problems with IE as well as printing problems
We will install it and see what happens
Buy it's name (2002) we can assume it came out after XP was released, as far
as IE problems, that's not related to XP, it may have issues with IE 7
