Anna, you don't give us much information to go on. If we knew exactly what
your problem is we can maybe help better.
Incidentally, please turn your capital lock off. Typing in capitals amounts
to 'shouting.' While it doesn't bother me, there are many users on these
forums that get a little upset, to say the least.
