When I go to open Outlook 2003 I get this erroe message. Cannot start
Microsoft Office Outlokk. Unable to open the putlook window. The set of
folders could not be opened The server is not available. Contract your
adminstrator if tjis condition persists. I have used this in the pass then
one day it just stopped working. What can I do, I have messages that I need
to get to.

Sounds like you have it configured for an Exchange server which you do not
use. Make sure you've got Outlook configured with the proper account in
Control Panel-> Mail
