Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click User accounts then click
change an Account link then click.
On the Accounts names click the account you want to change and then
click change my name.

I *think* he wants to change the word which appears on the Start button from
"Start" to something else. If so, Windows provides no way to do this, but
there are several third-party utilities that let you do this.
