when i turn on my outlook it ask for a post office what is that? username
and password
 
Were you connecting to an MS Mail postoffice at one point? What version of
Outlook are you using?

Do you see an MS Mail service/account here: Tools menu > Email accounts >
View/Change existing accounts > Click Next
