Hi All,
When Microsoft Antispyware is active at the back ground,
is it ok to scan my pc with Ad-Aware ?

Yes, both programs can co-exist like Tom said, its not recommended you do
scans at the same time. No body has reported problems so for running third
party AntiSpyware utilities along with Microsoft AntiSpyware. One thing to
remember, when installing on another computer for instance where there would
be an AntiVirus or AntiSpyware, disable one before installing the other.
