I have a user that is using exchange server in house now
for e-mail. They want to have a totally seperate contact
list on their local laptop so when they travel they can
open up outlook and see these contacts. The contacts they
have now could be copyied and pasted everytime before
they leave to travel but they do not want e-mails to
comeup in the inbox when traveling att all just the
contacts. And when they get back and hook up they hook
back into the exchange server. I did do the sync but it
shows the e-mails and everything when off line they do
not want this. Is there a way to do this? help

They could export the contacts to a Personal Folders .pst file and use that file in a separate Outlook profile with no mail accounts.

Personally, I don't understand the reasoning behind this.
