Question re: Outlook find feature

I have had a number of users observe that when they use the Find feature in
Outlook, it pulls older inbox items first, and newer inbox items later.
They have questioned me as to wether this behavior can be modified. I have
not found any authoritative answers to this question. My guess is that
Outlook queries some index first, so indexed items show up before any newer,
non-indexed items...


Any documentation on this?

you are correct and there is nothing you can do to change the behavior. I
don't believe there is any documentation on it, short of what we've
discovered and posted in various forums.
