question on the beta

Is it too late to get in on the beta testing? Is it open to the public?

I don't think they are letting in anybody into the Technical BETA Program
this close to RTM. So, your best bet is to wait on the public release, which
will open up to additional testers in the coming weeks.

I think that they will be possible to get on the beta testing, in this
newsgroup there are posted link to download, CPP will be open in futher as
say website http://windowsvista.com
