Question on SyGate with XP

Hi,
I have Broadbrand router (ip: 192.168.0.1) which give DHCP to my PC
I was able to access Internet fine...After install SyGate Personal PRO
firewall 5.5, I am unable to access
Internet using Windows Explore, OutLook Express..I have pick 'Allow' for
both programs but it still not working..Can someone point me to the right
direction? I also follow this thread but it doesn't work either.

after I installed my router, I removed Sygate Personal Firewall...
after all, isn't that the point of using the router? - I used to have a hub
with 2 NICs in one machine for broadband connection sharing

Do you mean Internet Explorer fails also (vs Windows Explore )?
- If you right click on the sygate tray icon and select Allow All, can you
then access the Internet?

If not, it tends to indicate another issue. If yes, I suggest setting it
back to normal, trying access again, and then look at the traffic log. Does
it show the access as blocked? What does it say under Rule Name?
