We require that all computers purchased for our company be logo'd systems.
My understanding is that the whole system has to be tested. A local vendor
says that as long as the components are logo'd, the whole system can be
considered to be logo'd. Is this correct? All I read states that the WHOLE
system is to tested and logo'd.

What is correct? Thanks...................HSM

Components and system (PC) are difference.
The components on the system must be logo'd. Then, the vendor or SI go to
test the system and get Windows Logo.

You could see the logo'd system from Windows catalogue or marketing place.
