Help!Direct3D cannot function!

I cannot play games now because my direct 3D cannot function. Has anyone can
help me? Here is my system information.

It appears that the driver for the SIS video chipset is very old ( 2/2004) and it also appears that the chip either does not support Direct 3D or the drivers do not have this function implemented?

You need to contact the manufacturer of the video card for information.
