Color shifts with OpenGl

Hya there. Having troubles running Neverinwter Nights on my computer as
the entire game's color shifts slowly from blue to green to red within
about 4 seconds of eachother with returns to the normal colors at the
end of every cycle. I've had the same trouble when trying to run Google
Earth and found that disabling OpenGl and using DirectX instead in the
preference menu fixed that problem. I unfortunately cannot find anyway
to force games like NWN to use only DirectX. I have found *no*
references to this problem anywhere. Am I alone?
