Question on image map/hot spot - can I create a bigger picture?

Hello,
Not sure if this can be done... kinda new at this...

If I create an image map/hotspot (not sure which one?) on a graphic, and the
pointer goes over the grapic, can I make a bigger pic of the item show up
without going to another link (kinda like a magnifying glass). Can this be
done? If so.. how?
