question: global folder options

Hello,

In Windows 2000 it is possible to click View -> List
in order for the contents of folders to be displayed as
lists. I would like this setting to be applied to all folders
on the system. Is there a way to do this?

Click Tools / Folder Options / View / Apply to all folders
