To add to Tom's answer. The only "advertising" permitted at all in the
newsgroups is a few lines in the signatures (look at mine below) of those
that answer topical questions. There are few, if any, places that any of the
newsgroups would accept advertising. You are likely to cause more damage to
your business than good. I suggest that you build a website, and use more
traditional means to get your word out to the public.
