Question about Windows XP SP2.....

I installed SP2 three days ago.

Ever since, I cannot access some websites like cnn.com or google.com o
imdb.com.

I also noticed that when I download torrent files, the downloads ar
now noticeably slower.

I disabled the firewall that SP2 put on my machine, but it didn'
improve the downloads any.

My biggest question is what caused my inability to access cnn.com.
thought at first that maybe their servers were down, but this proble
is going on 3 days now. It times out trying to access to the site.

Any ideas

Disconnect and reconnect to the internet would be helpful.
