Question about Safe Mode and Users

On my PC I have 3 accounts - Myself (Admin) my roomie (Limited) and of
course Guest (off).
When I go into safe mode the welcome screen only shows Admin and myself, why
not the limited user?
Under CP/user accounts it doesn't show there either, but the guest account
does.
Is this normal or...?

yes. it's normal, at least I think. As both users on my pc have admin.
privileges, I guess I'm not sure, however, when I go to safe mode, only my
account and the built in admin account are listed. If your roommate went to
safe mode, his/ her account would be there, as well as the built in admin
account.

Limited users are limited: it is not expected they will be
troubleshooting in Safe Mode

It's SAFE MODE.
It's meant for troubleshooting. many applications will not run since many
drivers and such were not loaded.

What are you trying to use Safe Mode for?
