question about importing cells from Excel into outlook

HoneyWood

When I copy and paste a group of cells from Excel into an outgoin
email in outlook the borders transfer and visually show up in th
outgoing email draft. Then when I send the email out for some reaso
the horizontal lines of the cells disappear. How can I change th
preferences when cells are copied into outlook

If you right-click on the cells once they are pasted into outlook an
then choose "borders and shading", it shows that a custom borderin
is selected in which there are no horizontal lines visible (which i
what it looks like in the sent file). If you right-click, choos
"borders and shading" and then click on "all", the email will sen
correctly with all borders shown. I am just wondering how to chang
outlook so the cells that are pasted in an outgoing email have thi
preference set to "all" so I dont have to change it everytim
manually

Office 200

The options are probably going to depend on:

a) The Office version
b) Whether Word is the email editor
c) The mail message format (HTML or RTF)

Can you provide this information, please?
