I'm using a PC running XP Home SP1, with IE 6 SP1 as my web browser.
Sometimes, but not very often, a window will pop up saying "Internet
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize for the
inconvenience." Is it necessary to restart the computer after seeing this
message? I seem to remember with 98/ME it was considered a good idea to do
that when IE crashed.
