Probably not. The extras are being geared specifically for users of Ultimate
as a bonus.

It is licensed under "Ultimate Extras", which is a service exclusive to
Customers of Ultimate.

And no, it cannot be installed on other editions, if you happen to find the
update on the web ;)

Actually it can if you know how to use the WAIK and that's all I'm saying on
