Question about Cached Exchange Mode

I am running OL2003 in Cached Exchange Mode.

My question is whether I have to have folders marked "available offline" in
order to view them while offline, or does Cached Exchange Mode automatically
make all folders and subfolders available offline?

I am having very slow synch problems, and am wondering if this might be the
cause. (yes, I know that is two questions...)

Thanks

Steve

not necessary as cached mode automatically mirrors the entire mailbox.

as for sync... what version of exchange are you running and/or what is the
general health of the exchange server? (e.g. exchange databases are on what
type of raid? how many spindles? how many users hitting the server? are
users exceeding the i/o of the exchange server hardware?)
