question about Administrator user accounts

Yeah i am wondering if i am able to have 2 administrator accounts on a
computer, but have it so the administrator accounts cannot remove, or change
the passwords of the others. Is this possible at all, if it is can someone
please reply thank you very much.

If you make someone an admin, it's pretty had to put any kind of
restrictions on them.

Certainly. You can have as many accounts with administrative
privileges as you like, although more than two would be a security
vulnerability.

No, that's not possible. All administrative accounts, by definition,
have (or can take) full control of everything.

Because an adminstrator account has full access to all OS settings.
That's just the way it is.
